Our Premium Plating jewellery is covered against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, dents, improper handling, or damage caused by external factors.

Gold Vermeil – Lifetime Plating Warranty

Our Gold Vermeil jewellery comes with a Lifetime Plating Warranty. If the gold plating wears off over time, simply send the piece back to us and we will repair the jewellery and redo the plating completely free of charge.

This lifetime plating warranty ensures that your Gold Vermeil jewellery can always be restored to its original gold finish, so you can enjoy it for years to come.

Please note: The lifetime warranty specifically covers plating wear and replating. Any structural damage or repairs unrelated to the plating may be subject to assessment and applicable charges.
