Where a product is described as 925 Sterling Silver, the jewellery is made using sterling silver meeting the applicable 925 silver standard, subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Silver may naturally tarnish or oxidize over time due to exposure to air, moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, and other environmental factors.

Tarnishing is a natural characteristic of silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Proper jewellery care can help maintain the appearance of your jewellery.

 

6. Gold Vermeil & Gold Plating

Where a product is described as Gold Vermeil, it consists of sterling silver with a layer of gold applied over the silver base according to the specifications stated on the relevant product page.

Gold plating and vermeil can naturally change over time depending on usage, skin chemistry, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, and other environmental factors.

Eligible O My Silver Gold Vermeil products are covered by our Lifetime Gold Vermeil Plating Warranty, subject to the terms of that warranty.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, scratches, breakage, misuse, chemical damage, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
